I have had a passion for health and fitness my entire life, and pursued that interest and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah. I have been a personal trainer for over six years, with a specialty in training the aging body. I know every body is unique, and I hope to help and inspire you to be confident in your own body.
My other passion besides cooking is helping people get into the best shape of their lives. I offer virtual coaching to people all over the world by providing exercise programs, meal plans, motivation, and scheduled workouts.
